Our company assists many developers working in urban renewal, specifically conversion projects. In these projects, the planning process includes a zoning review to determine who holds the building rights. This process is critical for the developer, as not a few Israeli projects have had their profitability put back into question after a decision from the regional planning institution.
Projects are long-distance marathons and a critical stage of the process is completed when the executing contractor steps onto the property.
In some cases, our company represents the project’s tenants, and in others, we manage the project for the developers.
